AB Pharmacy is a trading name of AB Care Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16514123). We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a distance selling pharmacy (Registration No. 9013289). Our superintendent pharmacist is Ashok Karsan Hirani (GPhC No. 2044923).

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Prescription Requirements

We can only dispense prescription-only medicines (POMs) against a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. It is a criminal offence to obtain prescription medicines without a valid prescription. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any prescription where we have clinical or legal concerns.

5. Care Home Partnerships

Care homes wishing to partner with AB Pharmacy must enter into a formal service agreement. The terms of that agreement will govern the ongoing supply of medicines and related services. These website terms and conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such service agreement.

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute medical or pharmaceutical advice. You must not use information on this website as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
